Overall, this is a great value. I decided to purchase the plus membership when purchasing a new laptop. After a month, the laptop I purchased went on sale, and due to the extended return policy was able to price match and get a refund that more than covered the cost of the membership. Very pleased with this great value.

i was able to make a return with no hassle and no stocking charges. It was smooth and it made returning my item that I purchased 60 days prior very easy.

I came in to buy an Open Box LG LED TV and after I was informed about the discounts and 60 day return if I didn't like the TV, with member ship I bought a new unopened box LG TV for close to the same price as the Open Box and I feel much better about the deal. Yeah I think it is worth it no missing parts!

This membership has been helpful on some items we purchased this past year, which it could be used on more items. That is the only reason i give it 4 stars instead of 5

I originally got the membership to so I could get the cheaper price for a dishwasher which was worth it for that alone. I didn't even realize there were monthly items with heavy discounts due to the membership.

A couple of weeks ago we contacted the Geek Squad team about an issue that plagued our streaming ability. the 2 gentlemen were very helpful in resolving the issue. We were able to improve the situation and they had the answers to get the Optimum service corrected and thus the problem solved. Thank you again

I love being a Best Buy Plus member. Being a member helped me get a great deal on my Apple MacBook Pro 14” that I use for schooling. It also offers great prices for Best Buy Plus members, free 2-day shipping, and a 60 day return policy on most products. I advise everyone to get a Best Buy Plus membership.
