It’s not bad but the membership could use a bit more benefits. If they brought back the old gaming discount they did few years ago, so many people would buy into the membership.

Horrible. Spent almost 4 thousand dollars on a TV and sound system with install. No called and no showed on the install even after I had requested geek squad to do it because I knew the third party was no good. I was told I was going to get a free install because I took off work, but the agent would not send me a confirmation. Best Buy had zero regard for my time or my horrible experience with the install. Best part, when I went to go use my price guarantee in the TV I was told it did not count, even though it was on their own website, because it was a third party seller that they advertise for… super disappointed.

Did a great job replacing my hard drive. They did a full back up and replacement same day.

Well worth the price with free 2 day shipping and special deals often. Also the extended return time is a great addition.

The membership is worth it I was able to get credit and able to return my items that didnt work.

This is a bait and switch up sell. I purchased this at the recommendation of the check out person ahead of Black Friday sales. The process to request your price match involves the website chat feature or submitting a form, which during the Black Friday sales are not available until the sale is over. I took screenshots of the prices listed on the website during the sale to request the price match afterwards per their instructions. In following up a week after the sale ended, I was informed that they can only price match what the customer service rep can see currently listed as the sale price on the website and not apply the price match to the Black Friday sale prices during the previous weekend. During this exchange, the price of an item still on sale differed between what I could see listed and in my cart from what the sales rep saw. You cannot price match during the Black Friday sale which is not in their terms of service for the program, only we'll resume price requests after X date. From the end of the chat transcript: "The good news is, we will match Best Buy's price drop for most purchases made between Nov 1st and 31st December and this benefit can be taken advantage of until 14th January. Also we allow customers to request multiple price matches for the same transaction whenever there is a price reduction on our website. In addition, from December 3rd onwards, we will begin matching the prices of other qualifying retailers as well." Not true. Got a pro rated refund for this product. Skip it.

Great investmet on discounts and return policy if item drops in price they will refund you the difference i bougt a 3D printer a week later price dropped and they returned the price differance

Have not had much opportunity to take advantage yet. What I have been able to do is already proving it worth it.

They give you a delivery and installation date, let you pay, fully knowing they won’t follow through. Then they don’t even bother to call to cancel the appointment — they just wait until the same day to tell you they have no staff available! With zero consideration and no professionalism, they simply tell you that you’ll have to wait another two or three weeks! Of course, I canceled my purchase — not only because of their total lack of reliability and the “you pay and we’ll deliver whenever we feel like it” attitude, but also because of their awful customer service. We all deserve to be treated better than that!

This is the best membership deal that I have ever come across and when I tell friends and family about this they find it hard to believe as I continue to explain it to them in detail I recommend it to every Best Buy customer, as I myself have sent many clients !

I like the longer return policy. Also the chance to see better deals! For some reason on my cell phone i can not give five stars. So i am telling you here that i am giving five stars!

I just accepted this offer because was a free membership, but honestly I don't trust geek squad protection because employees never gave the best option to customers when products fail

This membership was a great deal for me. I was able to purchase my gaming PC and gaming monitor and I got great discounts with most purchases and affordable monthly payments that fits my budget.
