Happy with my purchase of my new 85 inch Samsung television

The sales person was great! Getting the membership saved us money on our laptop and we got lots of rewards pounts. Registering it and cteating an account online has been a disaster, hence only 3 stars. Your system gave me a lot of roadblocks and ended up hooking into my old account from 12 YEARS ago with the wrong email address AND Rewards Number! Your Customer support person had to refer the problem to another dept and I haven't heard a word from them! Nice Follow through, NOT!

After taking the membership- a month later I bought a TV wall bracket and the plan saved me money. The only negative is it auto renews - if you don't want that you have make that known.

The $50 membership is a small price to pay for what you get in return! Just knowing that if the same product is on sale after purchasing it, I will get the difference credited to my Best Buy credit card!

If you purchase large ticket items, this membership is worth it. it has lots of benefits that will help you save. It's great to know that when we purchase a product here, that the warranty is extended.
