I got my Best Buy plus to save money. And it really does if you buy things from Best Buy throughout the year.

It’s worth it if you have or own multiple devices covered by the membership.

Having an additional 30 days to return a product AND member pricing is amazing. Free 2 day delivery is better than Amazons.

The worker at the store helped set me up with this and it's been great. I've been able to save so much money with all my best buy runs!

The particular sales team member that I was working with was very knowledgeable about the product that my wife had suggested. And with their suggestions and help. They walked me through getting a different kind of mouse that works better with my particular laptop that I was purchasing. A1 service and help.

Great chair and great price. I wanted to put in master bedroom but wouldn’t fit. Please measure and remeasure as chair comes practically fully assembled. It will not go in bedrooms unless you have extra wide or double door entry. I’m just glad I have double door entry to house. I haven’t fully reas manual yet but I wish massage would stay on more than 20 Mins at a time

This is really the best membership you could have. There are so many perks that I enjoy. I love shopping at Best Buy online and in the store. The employees in my local store are very helpful.

The service was great they where polite and very helpful to us they made everything easy but the only problem we had was the delivery time they didn't deliver it on time and our food spoiled.

So far ok! Still waiting for my rewards points from my first purchase. Found out recently it takes nearly 2 months for them to hit my account. That seems extensive.

I purchased a Sony TV while there was a $50 rewards certificate offer. It took about a month to the $50 rewards certificate was issued and I subsequently used it towards an open-box (Belkin - BOOST↑CHARGE Pro Wireless Power Bank 10K) and paid the difference on my credit card. However, a few days after receiving the item I noticed it was 5k version with less chance capacity. I then returned it to my local Best Buy store and explained the issue hoping for an exchange but ultimately being issued a refund. However, I only received the difference of $19.29 and not the $50 rebate certificate I also used. To this day it still get the run around and don’t know if/when I will get it back. First I was told 7 days after the return, called back after that period I was told it’s actually 15 days after the return I will get the $50 rebate back. Then they told it’s actually 15 business days. Now I’m told it’s 45 days and they will also escalate the issue. Meanwhile, the customer service representative are all based in India and I feel like they are saying anything to get me off the phone. Anyways, as of right now I have no plans to purchase anything else from Best Buy and would like not recommend My Best Buy Plus membership.

I like all the membership values and was easy to get approved.

Very much pleased with my stove and as for the installers, Denny and Brandon, they were nothing short of a 10.
