I like all the membership values and was easy to get approved.

Very much pleased with my stove and as for the installers, Denny and Brandon, they were nothing short of a 10.

This membership has been great except...I was given $150 off my first purchase but the first purchase had to be ordered. The ordered item ended up being out of stock and i never recieved it. I purchased a different item and never was given the 150 off first item discount. Resulting in me not getting a discount but paying full price for the membership. I coulda just paid normal price and saved the membership fee!

Judy is still out as to whether this is worth the money.

I came into my local Best Buy knowing I needed a computer, but totally up in the air in terms of what I needed. The associate I spoke with was very thorough spent 25 minutes with us went over all the features made me feel comfortable and removed all the, very confident with my purchase

This membership was a great idea. Member prices and unlimited Geek Squad support was definitely some of the reasons that I got it. Getting protection plans on all my purchases was also a great benefit.

The only reason you would want purchase this membership is for the extended return period. The Best Buy member pricing is ridiculous. Just wait and you will get better deals from other places. Bought 2 AirPod Pros. One they honored the price match because I used no points. The other I used $50 in Rewards and they would not honor because of this. They only refunded me $10 even though the difference was $60. And I received an email saying they would refund the total $63.60 which included tax. Now they said that was sent in error because of the rewards. Good thing I actually purchased from one of the other retailers just in case. Now with the extended return when I go see my daughter in VA again I will give her the new ones I purchased from another retailer and return the ones I purchased from Best Buy. Get my refund. Use my $50 rewards on something that same day and cancel this ridiculous membership. I used to have the Best Buy higher memberships when you’re tier was based on how much you spent, not an annual fee and there was a special customer service number at that time. You were treated right back then, and weren’t waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Thank you Josephine from Best Buy Customer Care and Nikhil from the phone customer service, your ineptness at your jobs saved me $50 renewal for this bogus membership.
