Loving the old return policy returned. Not loving the fact that you have to buy into it now. However I will say getting discounts on products on top is a great benefit and the drops are nice too

Awesome I should of got this a long time ago but I'm glad I got this membership

So far I've been a huge fan. My Best Buy Plus has saved us a good chunk of money on some appliances we bought and has a few other perks that I've enjoyed. For now, I'm looking forward to continuing my membership.

Customer service was exceptional. Staff asked what the main items I used on my laptop and what I could visualize using in future. They showed me choices from all price points, very helpful.

I bought insignia washer and dryers 18 years ago and I am still using the dryers is still working good washer serviced once and still working. Your products and your service is outstanding.

I usually don't sign up for memberships for most things but after seeing some of the deals I've got in the last few months, it's safe to say that the membership is totally worth it.

So far this membership has been good. I am eager to use it more in the future.

Good value I love the special pricing offers. Not a fan of the reward certificates they offer because they are glitchy and it’s ridiculous to have to call customer service for hours to get help. My time is too valuable. I like the free shipping as well but never order small expensive items to be shipped because UPS has warehouse theft problems. Best Buy boxes are targeted.

Sofare, I did not see any benefit from the membership. It has been a Toal waste.

I’m happy to be a member plus at BestBuy because the I’ve been able to save a lot of money since. The staff at Best Buy are very professional and polite, they give you 100% attention to questions you might have and their knowledge gives you confidence to buy the product.

Real value here. Saved the cost of membership by not having to pay for removal of old appliance and installation of new one. Many other advantages of membership, including free repair of all appliances in house, even if not purchased from Best Buy. Would recommend this service to friends and family.
