The extended return times and surprise member only deals have made this worth the price. I've seen deals that I haven't taken advantage of but if I was in the market, would be just the cherry on top.

This is a fabulous computer! I had been using a 7 year old 4K high end HP, and while it was still working after 7 year you know there are architecture improvements. The difference is surprising. I was concerned about going to 3K, but I can't see the difference. It is also my first experience with Windows 11, I like that too. Very Happy...

I have found shopping in the store in online and easy experience. People are knowledgeable and helpful and treat me with respect. I am a senior citizen and don’t always get the time from younger people that I need to understand new products. But that is not the case at my local Best Buy in Allen Texas.

There was nothing wrong with the previous membership. A two tiered membership makes some of us feel second-rate. Geek squad is outstanding and the primary reason for membership.

Have always loved shopping at Best Buy! They have all the tech gadgets and appliances one could need. Just recently purchased their plus membership along with a purchase and it paid for itself on the first purchase. Support has been extraordinary to work with and would highly recommend if you are a tech head like me. THANKS BEST BUY

Very Useful for electronics and the membership so far has provided great offers. However, areas of improvement would be better notification on things being on membership offers.

I have not found value in this membership. I was told I would get a discount on other items and have yet to find an item I am interested in with a discount. After buying it, I bought a small kitchen appliance, TV, gaming controllers video games, laptop of which none of those categories offered an anything I could use my membership with.

Purchased to lower the cost on a new laptop, but also see the benefits moving forward with protection plans, prices, promotions etc.
