    So my first question about the program was "is it worth it?" Then answer is yes, it is. As much as I purchase from BB, the program has paid for itself in 6 or 7 months. The best part of the plan is the extended return policy. Had I not had the membership, a recent purchase of a graphics card would have been a 150 dollar brick since it took 2 weeks to determine the underlying issue that caused the return. The computer was the issue, but BB folks didn't mind as long as the item was in the original box with all items intact. So, 1 return saved me that cost. Overall, the program does pay for itself if you make regular or higher priced items. A bunch of small purchases could also add up to create your value. Your mileage may vary, but for the price, I've found it to be a great membership to have.

    By all our appliances from Best Buy the appliances that we buy a Samsung or TVs washer dryer all kitchen appliances. Best Buy is great. They offer the best prices. Love Best Buy.

    I purchased an OLED TV then a couple weeks later the price went down over $200 due to a black Friday deal and I was able to still get the sale price and have the differenceput back on my card. I feel my Best Buy plus membership was worth it!

    I bought a new laptop and the associate helping me with the purchase recommended adding the MBB+ membership. Normally I don't spend money on things like this, but the additional discount I received essentially paid for the membership, so I agreed. If you make several purchases throughout the year at BB, it's worth it because not only do you receive special member pricing and special offers on many items, but also free 2 day shipping and extended return times. I'm probably missing other perks, but you can check it out for yourself and make a decision.

    For me, the entire point of signing up for Plus was the promise of priority and improved odds on high demand releases. Best Buy customer service repeatedly told me that being a paid member would grant me priority in these virtual “lines”. The reality is, it doesn’t do anything. Your odds under a paid membership are no better than free members. It also does not give you improved odds for their “invite only” purchasing windows, either. I’ve entered their virtual queues several hundred times over the last 12 months and have only been successful less than 10 times. On top of that, in the year since I signed up for Plus, Best Buy has made absolutely ZERO improvements to back-end infrastructure that would help to mitigate bots from buying out all the high demand product. While you sit in a fake line, bots just breeze right past it and buy swaths of product. In a time where all of their competitors have at least attempted to make strides to help their human customers secure product, Best Buy has chosen to do nothing. Every single high demand release or drop is botted to high heaven. It’s a joke. Any time I called Customer Service and complained about my experience, they just say they’re sorry and say they will note my issue and pass it along. Then there’s the exclusive offers for Plus members. They’re comically bad. They’re usually ~5-10% off products no one wants in the first place. Or on the rare occasion it is a desirable product, you can find a better price from one of their competitors without the need for a yearly membership. Listen, I know my issue probably seems stupid to some people reading this, but this is the main reason I signed up and paid for this membership and it doesn’t function anything like they promised. Anyone else considering this program for the same reason should know ahead of time. To other people considering Plus: if you just want a longer return window, then sure, sign up for Plus. That’s about all it’s good for. Otherwise, don’t bother.

    I honestly don’t shop at bestbuy super often, but if I get electronics it’s usually from here, & my parents do which is why I signed up. I enjoy having the membership, it’s nice having tech support when I need it.
