Great membership gives me a 60-day return policy and 60 day warranty kind of like and free shipping or some appliances that they normally charge for it's good to have peace of mind

The Associates a extremely helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service that leaves a lasting impression. The Store is always well organized ,stocked with quality products with reasonable pricing. Best Buy will always be the Store of my choice.

Promised possible price discount due to early purchase then Black Friday sales price. Received the price refund due to sale price. This alone made the membership worthwhile

The membership has a real value. I bought a frame tv and the price went down after more than a month of owning it and I was still able to get a refund because of my BestBuy plus membership.

I got robust support when it comes to order deliveries and staff responsiveness but unfortunately my experience in after sales services for pixel 8 & Dell laptop is not up to mark.I visited three two stores then settled the issue only for pixel 8 after whole day loss.Issue still pending for laptop for which best buy refer to go to Dell manufacturer.Despite all I personally believe its a good one for electronic purchases.
