The membership is great! We have made numerous appliance purchases at Best Buy and have had minimal problems but always nice to know that we have added protection through our membership!

Dont know anything about a membership. Am I a member? I purchased refrigerator, microwave, oven, two gas tops. Everything is working well. But your installers never came so I got back the money for the instillation. Your worker Dylan at the North 98 Lakeland Store is wonderful.

Membership paid for itself with my first purchase. I have used it at least a few more times since then. Best Buy is one of the only places in town where you can go in and actually look at TV's, Tablets, and PC's and see if you really like it or not. That is why I try to do all of my electronics shopping there.
