We did have some issues at first, but they were all resolved to our satisfaction. Best Buy did reach out numerous times during the installation of our oven and microwave to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. So far, we are very satisfied with our purchase of the Frigidaire 30" Gallery wall oven and microwave.
