||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hard-sold this membership in the store by an inexperienced sales person who botched the order, the schedule, the contact and the linking of two orders. I spent hours on end talking to different best buy support folks on the phone ALL of whom gave differing reasons for the botched orders, and updates for the installation all of which ended up being incorrect. It is an experience worse than any I have encountered with any retailer. Avoid Best Buy at all costs, as they have no idea in store and remotely how to get a basic TV installed. I requested call back from store I purchased at 5 times as this was offered as a solution...., never got a call.

Return window makes it worth it.
