This membership saved me so much money in the last year. The member savings are great. Just renewed for another year.

I am struggling to find value with this membership. While I have covered the "cost" of the membership this year, I have not benefited from much for the special discounts for products. I have bought more this year at Best Buy than in previous years and cannot see the benefit beyond the expedited shipping and no shipping costs. Need to see more variety for the My Best Buy Plus deals for this to be a value for me.

Great membership with a array off rewards and promos

We had an awesome experience shopping at Best Buy. We purchased a new Samsung smart TV and a carpet shampooer. Our salesman (wish I could remember his name) was great! The Geek Squad, who came to our home to set up our TV were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Best Buy plus membership was a good value for me from the start as I was able to receive a slightly higher trade in value on my two used iPads. I then received my two newly purchased (and on sale) iPads from Best Buy overnight! Couldn’t have worked out better for me

I found significant value in this membership. Best Buy continuously beat their competitors prices. Customer service is excellent along with the many membership features and benefits.

So far the membership has already saved me 90 dollars! I regularly buy legos and pokemon cards, so with the discount it's a no brainer to only buy from Best Buy! The thing that made me get this membership was the buy 2 get 1 free switch games. I bought Pikmin 4 and two pre order copys of Pikmin 1+2. This deal alone basically paid for the membership!

Great value. Extended return policy, and extra perks

Originally bought this to save money on a new TV. It has saved me quite a substantial amount of money on things that I would be buying anyway on a regular basis. It’s a no brainer to get this if you buy more than 3 tech items per year.

Our recent purchase experience with the microwave was most gratifying. We were impressed from purchase, to installation, to follow up with satisfaction. The only disappointment is that due to my hearing loss, I am unable to increase the volume on the completion signal.

For me buying this membership was a no brainer because what I was about to buy saved me $500 and still counting. I was putting together a updated home theater. So if your looking to spend your money at bestbuy make sure it has the the plus discount which will save you lots of money way over the $50 the plus membership costs.

I felt pressured into buying this and finally did when I was almost guaranteed that the lenses almost always go on sale for more than the 50.00. I then watched the price and when it dropped went back in to have the price adjusted and was told that the sale must have been something sent just to me and that he could not match that price. I showed him over and over that the price came up on my app and was told sorry. My membership did not do what I was promised and will not be doing it again and will be sure to tell others as well.

I got a big set of batteries for free with my membership. They have the ROG Ally for $200 less. There's also a better return policy. It pays for itself very quickly.

Membership purchase is a must. With the Membership we bought an outside camera at a discounted price withe puchase of Membership, which evened out the price. 2 for 1. Bought a 65"tv, went on sale within 60days, we received difference $ same day! How can you go wrong!

The idea of a membership is completely stupid. I can pay annually to possibly save money on items I might one day need to replace? I signed up for the membership due to savings on an item for a gift, I don't see myself using it for anything else at all

I like the protection plan in case of problems that happen.

We bought a refrigerator and a stove and cancelled both because on delivery the men said they couldn’t get it through the door and wouldn’t take the doors off for it to fit. I paid to have my old refrigerator removed and moved and they wouldn’t to that either. I told them to give me my stove and they just drove off with both appliances. We got our money refunded but it was awful experience and we went to Hagedorns.
