We bought a refrigerator and a stove and cancelled both because on delivery the men said they couldn’t get it through the door and wouldn’t take the doors off for it to fit. I paid to have my old refrigerator removed and moved and they wouldn’t to that either. I told them to give me my stove and they just drove off with both appliances. We got our money refunded but it was awful experience and we went to Hagedorns.

I got this membership for the deals on video game purchases, but the deal that was promoted that made me get it was quickly removed. At least I was able to use the deal while it lasted. It's claimed that it will be back periodically but we'll see. The member deals that are available do seem cool, but it's nothing I need to have so personally I can do without and most likely won't renew.

Definitely worth the money. 60 Day return policy and price matching is well worth it and can pay for the membership several times over in a given year, especially when buying high ticket items, like TV’s, Computers, Camera’s, etc.. Highly recommended it.

I very like membership plus with its many exclusive deals. I can know buy my favorite items with big sales by using membership. Also 60 days return program is very helpful becuase sometimes you want to return things that you dont need and get money back so with membership you can do it for long time.

It’s been a decent value, largely resulting in me choosing to purchase larger items here instead of alternative big box retailers. The Best Buy installation services have been excellent. Not certain I will renew but it will depend on the value I see thru the holidays.
