Everything has been fine except for their unwillingness to honor the price match guarantee. I purchased a TV which went on sale for $200 cheaper a week later. The store manager agreed to price match but was unable to do it in store. He sent us to the Customer Support phone line. They hung up on us. We tried the chat and despite speaking to a rep and her manager, they would not honor the price match. The manager could also use some training on bedside manner. Overall we invested about four hours in the entire process of trying to get Best Buy to honor their "guarantee". We are furnishing a new house and had planned to purchase more products after the TV but have no interest in doing business with them anymore. It's difficult to give anything but a "Poor" rating under this circumstance even though the rest of the program seems to be fine.

This will probably not improve my chances of winning but I don’t understand what you are asking. A few weeks ago I walked into the store, told the dude what I was looking for, he showed me, I chose, I took them to the cashier and paid. Unless I missed a step that would have given me a tremendous discount it was as boring as any transaction. What am I a member of?

I'm not sure about the value. The person who sold it seemed to be pushy about it without really going over the specifics. I ended up getting it if only because it made my purchase cheaper, but there's no incentive to go back and use it. I'd like more info.

Best Buy has been very easy and professional to work with in exchanging products. Swift service and customer support. Helpful in solving any problems and issues.

Not worth the money. We have mentioned having the membership, but the employees always tell us it does not apply.

I got the membership for the post purchase price match and it was almost impossible to get the rebate… not sure it was worth it for me. If you’re someone who shops Best Buy often then maybe it’s right for you, wouldn’t recommend for more spar e shopping.

The membership and card via Best Buy is the best way to buy and pay for any of their deals! Definitely recommend.

I have found excellent value in the membership. Several perks include advance views and alerts of upcoming items in my areas of interest. On sever occasions there have been additional incentives for members. I have taken advantage. Very pleased overall.

My TV stopped working about 3 months after buying it. Walked into the store with broken TVand just swapped for a new one
