It's OK, but short sighted of Best Buy to abolish the prior rewards tiers and now have to pay for it. If it wasn't for the $0.01 additional for the membership that re-writing the order messed it up on both the Best Buy and Citi Bank side. Time will tell if I renew, but about only benefit was the return of the extended time to return that I enjoyed with the prior program as I definitely don't need Tech support, being a tech troubleshooter for friends and family.

Always helpful, and patient when providing service.

I bought a laptop for $1000 at BestBuy and the Sales Agent encouraged me to get membership. In a couple of weeks, Black Friday came and the price of the laptop reduced. I went back and I was given a difference of $300 which was awesome!

Best Buy is great to buy your electronics & household goods. They have good prices & support what they sell. The membership just makes it a sweeter deal.

I'm new to this membership, but so far I'm quiet pleased. I used the squad for a large screen TV delivery and installation. Everything went perfectly!

The cost of the membership is definately worth the benefits received as long as you are a regular BB customer.

I would like to rate this higher, however it's basically all of the perks that I used to get for free through my rewards program. So do I enjoy the perks? Yes. Do I save enough money with it to justify the membership? Yes. But all of this used to be free so it's annoying to see it as a paid benefit now. However, I'm at least glad that they have a lower-cost membership that doesn't require the whole tech plan to go with it.

I had the total tech when it originally started. Downgraded to the best buy total after a year. Buying any electronics or appliances through the year offers discounts to cover the price. I only use for shipping and discounts. If i needed to purchase big appliances i would have kept the higher tier.

We just can't get enough of Gift cards! Our family is over the moon with the selection - always finding the perfect size and color. It's like they know us better than we know ourselves! Thank you for making our gift-giving so easy and delightful.

I didnt realize how good the plus membership was until my recent purchases of sansung cases for my a9 plus, i bought the wrong ones which they gave me a bundle price for and then they took them back no problems and got me the right one, thank you best buys

I recently made a purchase at Best Buy in Kissimmee, Florida, and during the checkout process I was offered a membership. I was told I could cancel it at any time without any problem. However, I do not live in the United States — I am a resident of Brazil. Since returning to my country, I have been trying to cancel this membership by email and phone, but so far I have not been able to complete the cancellation. As I do not live in the U.S. and will not be able to use the service, I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my membership and confirmation of the termination. Thank you for your assistance.

They always have good products for me I have bought a lot of things from there and I’ll tell you what they’ve lasted me 16 to 17 years so I won’t go anywhere else
