The Geek Squad diagnosed, cleaned out the viruses and unneeded software and now it functions perfectly. All this was covered by my membership,]. It has already paid for itself.

One would think that if you buy a product from Best Buy and the same product goes on sale at less than you paid a week or two later, it should be easy to get the price match. Instead you chat with someone who may or may not be in the same country as you and then they MAIL a gift card for the price difference. Why are they using snail mail when they could email you a gift card code? And now, of course, one gift card is missing so I have to start one of those lovely chats again. Again, not sure what the benefits of this program are since I’m obviously not using them.

At this point my plans are to renew my membership when the current year's membership expires.

Plus membership has expanded my return window to 60 days and given me access to exclusive insider sales and early access to sales. I have found this to be useful and worth the membership cost for me.
