This membership is more than halfway decent. The two months return period is a must have for techphiles.

I was skeptical of getting the memberships when they were first announced. But when I heard there was a promotion for a item I wanted and it knocked off $50 I went to the store and bought it. It is worth it if you want to save money on your purchases!

This membership really came in handy when I had a Best Buy first-ever problem with a relatively new iPad. The Geek Squad was able to help me get a replacement past the exchange day. And I have used Geek Squad help several times and they are unfailingly polite and helpful!

It is really helpful to have peace of mind when buying new tech from now on! This membership provides an amazing service specially in the insurance side of it. Having to deal with different subscription, etc., makes this purchase a game changer.

When you make the plunge to uodate and drop thousands it is such a weight off to have the ectended return and added protection for your precious new gear all managed by one plan. Cuts back on the buyers remourse and can usualy pay for for itself as you get greater deals on that gear!

Got the membership for free (paid $50 to save $50). Otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it. I feel like the sale on the membership was nothing more than Best Buy just trying to show inflated sign-up numbers to shareholders. If I purchased more items at Best Buy it might come in more use, but I usually don’t. So here we are.

I was nearing a renewal for O365 Family with Best Buy (BB) and saw that if I was a Plus Member, I would be able to renew my subscription for $79 - a savings of $20. That was a good incentive for me to sign up along with other item discounts that appeared to be notable. I was still 2 months away so I waited until a few days before renewal. Through the chat function I requested that my existing subscription be cancelled with only a few days left. Then I proceeded to search for the O365 subscription on BB's website so I could order it and realize the savings I was going to get. Well guess what ? Now, the savings was only $10 instead of the $20. Not cool. I don't know if this is a planned scam that BB conducts nor do I care. BB pulled a fast one as far as I am concerned so I renewed my subscription with another retailer and with a greater savings than what BB offered. Play games with your offers, you will lose BB. I've had a pretty good opinion about BB for a long time but this was underhanded and I would not recommend a BB membership at this point and suggest you are careful if considering one.

This yearly membership will definitely give you a peace of mind knowing what’s involved in the plan.

I enjoy having a membership like this gives me an opportunity for advanced sales and discounts pays for itself over the year..
