This is the first time I have paid for a membership. Hoping to get some advanced notice for Christmas purchases. I only agreed to it as it reduced the price of my Microsoft purchase and ended up only really being $10 more than if I had not signed up and just bought the Microsoft 365. Seems to be worth the extra money.

This membership is great if you buy a lot of tech. The extended return period is a God-send, because you get a little more time to determine if products are right for you or not. You also get free two-day shipping, Plus Member only discounts and access to special member only sales events, and sometimes early access to new products. For $50 a year, it’s definitely worth it if you buy a lot of your products from BestBuy.

Never had this membership, but this time around we were buying an expensive TV and kind of talked into getting in. Little did we know about 40 days later the tv reduced over 500, and when we notified them, were immediately given a refund for the difference. Luckily the plus membership gave us the extra days and paid for itself plus!

I've enjoyed the membership and service help of the Geek Squad several times. And, glad I had the extended warranty service also. The one percent rewards back to use on through your perfect purchases is pretty cool if you spend a lot of money at Best Buy. I’ve only spent about five grand in the last five years and didn’t have the membership until I just recently bought a laptop so I got $90 in Best Buy cash to use towards the purchase of refrigerator that I had bought and delivered And I think I’ll get some more cash back from the refrigerator that maybe I can use to buy a new brain cause I’m as dumb as they come !!

The salespeople were very good at explaining the membership to my wife and myself. Seeing we do not live near Best Buy, we will probably not use the service as much as if we lived closer to Best Buy. But we feel it will be to our advantage when we do have the opportunity to use the membership.

The plus membership was affordable. Plus I was able to save money on the purchase of an apple mac air. I would recommend this plan especially when purchasing a products over $500.

sales rep helped us make the best decision for our budget. However, I don't think I needed to buy the office package as my old office transferred to my new lap top. Not sure if I will benefit from the membership as I don't buy frequently enough.
