I usually have good experiences at Best Buy. I did feel a little pressured into getting the membership though.

I've been really pleased with the value My Best Buy Plus offers. The free 2-day shipping on most items has been a great perk, and I appreciate the exclusive member deals that have helped me save money on major tech purchases. The extended return window also gives me peace of mind when making bigger purchases. Overall, it's a solid membership for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly definitely worth the investment for the added convenience and savings.

Its ok, I haven't used it much. However, I do appreciate discounted offers on everyday popular products and deeper discounts for sale items. Keep it up BestBuy!

This membership was great while it lasted. I went back to the Best Buy in Sherman Texas trying to buy more stuff, appliances this time. They informed me that if I wantsd to use my tax exempt ID number for that purchase and have it on my account, I would have to forfit the plan and start a business account. This was unfortunate but worth it. Great for individuals not trying to utilize tax credit or purchasing for business use.

From the sale of my Bosch dishwasher to the installation, everything was straightforward, friendly, and timely. And, I like the product very much so far.

I bought the membership with a reward certificate that was about to expire, and I'm getting a bit more than I paid for. Unfortunately, three or four months later, Best Buy started exiting the DVD/Blu-Ray/4k media business and reducing the new vinyl records they bring in, just like they'd exited the CD business several years ago. I used to stop into the local store weekly to buy new CDs and movies and made frequent online purchases. Now I'm an occasional customer, once every couple of months at most. Would I buy the membership again? Sure, if I had a Reward Certificate that I had to use. But I don't buy enough new tech items anymore to make it really worthwhile otherwise.

Haven't really used it yet....sounds promising, but haven't used...

Best part are the special deals, like a headset normally 200 i got for 60, or a lego botanical thats 50 i got for 12 bucks, and there are plenty of great deals.

I got the membership that was included for a product I purchased. After exploring the Plus plan, I was happy to see it has some good benefits such as 2-day shipping and 60 days return window. It also enables some member only prices and discounts. But these features are not convincing enough for me to renew the plan with my own money.

A few months ago I purchased 2 sony tvs and due to death in my family I needed to reschedule the delivery. The manner in which customer service and the delivery team handle the matter with great compassion and empathy is to be commended.

This is the first time I've had a membership card, and it's a great opportunity if you need a lot of technology items, because I find good deals, protection, and good customer support.

It’s great rewards and I like the customer service on the app. However, the deals are okay and the reward certificates take too long too post. The extended price match is the best benefit.
