Don't use it much, first purchase paid for it so why not?

Great service at the Nashua store. The gentleman that helped was great with picking out a new fridge.

Not really sure how much I will use the membership. Not really a big electronics user. Got the membership when we purchased a tv. Sales rep said if the price went down we could get the difference from what we paid. The tv never did go any lower. Will probably not renew.

I think the individual protection plans were better for me. I tend to research deeply, or adapt to the purchase since it was closer to what I needed, before a large electronics purchase so the enhanced return window wasn't that useful.

I really liked the Best Buy membership and I recommend it.

I love the extra discounts and the extra security knowing i can get things fixed at a discount!

I've yet to use any of the features of the membership at this time aside from one purchase that initially got me to sign up. I don't need Geek Squad support as I'm technically savvy and I haven't found any other deals or specials that have benefited me thus far.

Geek squad experience was excellent. They set up the TV stand twice since the first one was defective.

I am happy with what I have used so far, I plan to make much more use of it during the coming holidays!

I only purchased this because it ended up free plus I saved more off my purchase. That said, it's my only reference so far with the membership. I haven't used it again as of yet.

I paid more for my dishwasher that what I did at Home Depot for the same make and model. I haven't seen any cost saving yet but I am hopeful that the plan will save something.
