I am so glad I purchased this membership. I had been struggling with our electronics and getting them to all work together. One call to the geek squad solved all of my problems. What a relief!!

I honestly don’t know what benefit being a “member” holds other than I get a handful of extra days for a return for as much as I have bought through Best Buy in just the last month I don’t feel the cost what ever it was is worth it. Unless someone can explain otherwise I will pass on any renewal.

Love my membership saves me money and if I got any issue give me extra days to return a product if there's any issues love it

Honestly, I thought the Best Plus thing was gonna be meh, but it's been a game-changer. It was offered during a Laptop purchase. I use it more than I thought, totally worth it!

I love this because it opens so much to opportunities I otherwise would not have.

Now I can use my stuff and return it with a couple of months if I dont like it, what else can I ask for…. So far everything I’ve gotten from best buy has met of families expectations !!!!!!

This membership is a great deal. Member prices, plus the Geek Squad protection are great. I have my peace on every product I buy because I know they’re protected.

Good program saves money over time and allows for protection plans

I had to think about if I wanted it or not. But it made sense to get because it really pays for it self only $50.00 so i save over $200.00 so far so its a no brainer.

I feel like this is just another money grab, got a great deal on a TV and was explained that if this tv goes down in price within 90 days I would get the difference back and it would pay for itself. Checked every day and even though that the Best Buy employee pretty much guaranteed the tv would drop in price, but no such thing happened. I would honestly pass on this.

finally, we have a card for real work. This membership are really really feeling have a lot of value so far I use it and I get like $100 gift card over purchasing Xbox.
