Reps dont explain how it works and they bank on you not activating deals in hope to not award gift certificates. I missed out on a certificate after buying an ipad, store manager said i didnt need to activate anything and the purchase would count. Well its been over a month and still nothing, customer service couldnt help either. Overall disappointed with the membership and will definitely not be renewing.
