So far the membership seems good. I just recently signed up for it.

I really dont see a reason to continue the subscription. You are supposed to get more savings and free two day shipping. Never got anything in two days. It takes them two to three days to even process your order then once it does ship, usually ups, i always get a notification its delayed. So usually it takes a week or more to actually arrive. So honestly, dont really know why this is a good deal other than the 60 return policy. If BB would just do a 30 day return like everyone else we wouldnt need to pay extra. I used to love shopping here, but now i find myself going to other places. You can't call a store and check inventory. The number goes to a rep and they cannot patch you through. Horrible customer service at best. I've tried to do a price match and they only price match certain places. Usually those places have the item for the same price, so again they write the rules in their favor and dont care about customers anymore.

This provide me an immediate value with this membership towards my laptop purchase. Even otherwise, this provides for excellent support from knowledgeable staff.

I had to buy this. As I always want extra protection whenever possible. I have less worry about things going wrong. I would never be without this.

The initial deal was OK but so far all I've gotten is WAAAAAY too many emails that are more annoying than helpful. I don't buy crap like this every day so I don't need you reminding me I have the membership. I plan to cancel it before it renews as I really don't need it. Just bought it for the original discount to save a net $20 but the worry is not worth the money saved.
