Great experience overall. Easy ordering, easy pickup all within 24 hours. I love this new Apple iPad Air. Super lightweight, M3 chip and plenty of storage. My old iPad was six years old so this is a fantastic upgrade. Highly recommend Best Buy and the Apple product.

I decided to purchase the Membership as I recently purchases numerous appliances. Although I had some issues with products, I always able to get in contact with the GeekSquad Support team and received a prompt support on scheduling Technician on-site visit as well as answers to some of basic questions related to my appliances. Overall, I'm really happy that I purchased Membership - without it, I would have gone through much trouble to figure out contacting individual technicians. As a recently married couple, H having an access to 'all-in-one' technician support and product warranties in this one Membership is a bless (and my proud to impress my wife with saying 'I got this'). Additionally, I love the exclusive Membership Deals that is offered through this membership :)

Needs more exclusive invites for pokemon cards, it gives customers chance to beat the online bots that keep taking all the products.

I enjoy this subscription as it gives me peace of mind and the occasional discounts are nice.

I recently purchased a gaming monitor i without knowing i received a 50 dollar gift card!? As a thank you bestbuy also rewarded me with an additional $10 dollar reward! I recommend to go in store to purchase plus membership so a store rep can explain in more depth the benefits to the membership.

Due to location I shop @ the Newington, NH location. I've purchased all my electronics from TV's Computers, to Audio equipment. Prior to arrival I already know what. The 1st notable experience is professional etiquette from any staff member I've encountered. 2nd At this location there are dedicated staff @ each particular department how are knowledgeable about all particular items and they don't jump down your throat. "Kudos". 3rd in my experience everyone went above and beyond..I've always been given excellent suggestions and advice. 4th on 3 separate occasions I purchased Marantz Audio Equipment,, all 3 items were not on display nor on their website. All 3 sales personnel went out of their way and ordered for me.. I personally got notified of exact date and time of arrival. 5th fantastic experience from arrival to exiting the store.. Kudos to Management for building highly educated staff. I would highly recommend Best Buy, especially the Newington location. Thank You so much. C U ALL SOON

I’m just beginning to use the membership & I love going to Best Buy to buy office supplies

This membership was a lifesaver for me. I had purchased a 3rd generation Oura ring on the last day of August, and then the 4th generation Oura ring was unexpectedly released in early October, after I had only been using the wearable health tracker for a month. Because of the My Best Buy Plus membership, I was able to return the 3rd gen ring and then exchange it for the 4th gen ring (they were the same price). I was ecstatic to upgrade to the latest technology without any hassle.

I never buy these things, but it was half price at $25 and gave me a 60 day return window instead of 2 weeks. I was not sure if I would like my purchase so I erred on the side of caution. Mostly satisfied, but jury is still out.
