They've helped me multiple times and even where it wasn't in their job description, they went out of their way to be helpful. The membership is an absolute lifesaver when trying to buy new devices. You can get hundreds of dollars off on certain items and if you're on a budget, it is so amazing. Highly recommended

The service we received when we bought our new TV was outstanding. The guys connected us not only to our HOA source but to our commercial one as well, and showed us how to easily switch back and forth- not an easy thing to do when dealing with a pair of electronically impaired 70 year olds!

I have bought an appliance from Best Buy store last month and love it. The price was right for the brand name appliance. The installation was scheduled the next day and it worked perfectly. We are happy to get what we want.

So I haven’t really purchased anything from Plus. Although I do see the deals every now and then but I’m just looking for the right deal, but it’s great to have the option.

Maybe I am still a little sour as I have had my best buy credit card for way too long, but years back this membership was a perk when you spend so much money with the card every year and now they are charging you the plus membership to have the same benefits that were included. I still enjoy Best Buy and will continue to make the majority of my purchases through them, but I might be looking for a new card in the near future and just grabbing this when I know I will be buying some larger/more costly items b/c it does included some nice benefits.
