I've been buying from Best Buy for many years, and for three reasons: one, they maintain a physical store; two, I find their customer service to be superior; and three, I've had excellent service from the Geek Squad when needed. Recently I ordered an expensive washer and dryer. They were delivered and installed on time, and with noticeable care to set the items up and to ensure they met my requirements (placement, etc.) I will continue to buy from Best Buy for any item they carry, vice shopping at other well known and large outlets.

I've had this membership for many years. If I need a new device I just add it to my program.

My membership help me to purchase items and pay for them on monthly payments. I get the best quality of purchases and sales on washers, dryers, stoves, Tv and all house items thats necessary. The service is great and so is the managers and sale people. They make sure any problems I had with shipped items was corrected and in store purchases also was Ttaken care of. Best Buy is the very best place for electronics and I’m pleased with the service I’ve gotten from geek squad and will use all their services again in the future.

Delivery guys could not / refused to install dryer so I had to hire someone else. On top of that, Best Buy would not do a partial refund on my purchase saying that "installation is free". Seems fishy...

My experience with Zane was very impressive. My phone was broken and I’d forgotten my passwords. He helped me pick out a phone and worked thru the problems until I had it all up and working. He even made sure it worked thru the audio in my car. Friendly smart an excellent representative for your company. Every other employee said Zane was the best.

I honestly love Best Buy. I feel like everyone who works there tries their best to actually help with what you need, not just try to sell you stuff! I’ve been allowed to price match before, I’ve been told about deals such as these to save money. All the products I’ve ever gotten from Best Buy have been perfect.

I used to be a VIP with BB. I would spend 5-10k a year with them. Now if you have a problem you have to deal with foreigners and AI Slop. They are such a garbage company these days. I used to buy from them over Amazon so theyd stay open, now they pretend to be amazon but Amazon treats people better. I won't be said when they all close. It will be their won fault forgetting about humans being important.

I hate subscriptions, like literally, cannot stand them, but I renewed this one. I mean, right after signing up, there was a spend $500 get $50 back deal. It pays for itself pretty quickly with the different sales and deals and if you also have a Best Buy card like I do, it is double the value since the Best Buy card also has its own promos. I buy enough already to make it worth it. As long as it stays at $50/yr then I'm in. Any more than that and I would reconsider.
