They succeeded in setting up three televisions and getting them programmed. Explained how to use remotes, record events etc. We could have never gotten things set up and working without their help.

Disappointed with picture quality on direct tv. Picture is dark with all checked high brightness. My other Samsung tv (10 years old) however gives a stunning video. The tvs have different digital boxes supplying feed.

Wasnt too sure in the beginning, but it actually turned out to be a great service with perks.

The value of being able to have 2 pay periods to return an item is amazing. The 60 day return period extension is perfect and it allows me to test items out much longer in terms of duration in time as opposed to 2 weeks. I also recommend best buy total if you have multiple items worthy of product protection.

I had this annual membership for quite a few years. The last 2 years the store I went to had a terrible geek rep. He talked down to you like you were totally beneath you. I had reported this a few times to a manager. The last time he said he look at my cell and he did not. Later he say you held it up and I looked at it while you were holding it. That was the last straw I cancelled my membership after that.

So far so good. Happy to have a reason to buy more tech items and decorate my desk.

Great value for the plus membership especially the extended return period

I had a dishwasher delivered in February from the Best Buy outlet in Fairfield California. There was water damage so I asked the delivery drivers to leave the dishwasher and I would have it installed. They left the dishwasher but did not leave the kickplate and I went into the store and a young man helped me and is having to kick plate delivered next week. His skills were very professional and knowledgeable and I appreciate his service.
