I really like my computer...just not sure about the membership

Doesnt matter if you buy a Flat Screen, a Washer, or a Vaccum, Best buy always stands behind what they sell. We have been members for many years and Best Buy is my favorite place to Shop

Membership card is a real value. My Best Buy Total includes all the Plus benefits plus 24/7 Geek Squad tech support and product protection plans for up to 24 months.

Before knowing about this membership, I went in thinking I could just find a computer I like here and then head straight to Amazon to purchase my computer. But since learning about this product from Steve O., I ended up purchasing a good amount of items knowing I was getting the better deal with having Best Buy plus. I never used to shop at Best Buy, but since getting this membership, i will be doing all my tech purchases with this company. The deals with this membership is INSANE.

Kind of hard to gauge value when I don’t buy new appliances or electronics regularly. I think we got free delivery when we first signed up and we were sold on exclusive deals, but nothing has really stood out to me as a great deal. Forgot we had it over time and then it auto renewed. Would have appreciated some notice before it renewed.

Having this membership has saved me money on purchases numerous times. On the last purchase I saved $50 alone, so it has more than paid for itself already.

Having Best Buy plus has helped me save money even when I didn’t originally get the iPads on sale, I was able to call back when they did go on sale and get money back! It was immensely worth saving money!

This is a great way to ensure your larger purchases for electronics get 60 days of return - also price matching feature is nice to have.

It allows you extended time to review your item purchase and decide if you need to return it. You have extra time to return your purchase item. If need be Customer Service is wonderful and they do have good customer service.

Not thrilled. I personally do not take advantage of all the benefits offered, so unfortunately, it's not to MY personal benefit to pay the $95 yearly for something I am not going to use.

I really like this membership because of the special pricing on some items and the access to new products. The return policy is also very helpful because I am always forgetting so I appreciate the extra time.

The Best Buy membership gives great discounts, fast support, and real value on tech purchases

Great clear picture. Easy to navigate and good remote that is easy to operate. Sales person was very good at explaining the different TV’s so we could make our decision.
