I had a tv malfunction due to a manufacturing error and was outside the 14 day standard return policy. Due to the 60 extended window with the plus i was able to exchange the 77inch tv for a new one very easily great safty net in this day and age of less reliable tech.

He said after a year we could cancel it when the send an email to renew it. I never saw the email.
