First time as a customer with Best Buy, the salesperson assisted me and explained the HP unit to me. Overall, the HP unit is exactly what I needed cost effective and simple process.

Becoming a member has saved me a lot of money and provided extra benefits as well. its well worth the money to pay for a membership because if you shop at best buy even just a dozen times a year you'll make that money back and some on top too. If you shop at Best Buy quite a bit like me you'll come out well ahead for just paying $50 a year. I just became a member a few months ago and I've already probably tripled that in savings. Become a member, you wont regret it!

I am amazed by Best Buy Plus membership. Honestly I was very hesitant to purchase the $50 membership but it has paid off with me getting a price match when my Apple MacBook went on sale they compensated me for $164.00. Very happy with Best Buy and I would encourage everyone to purchase the Best Buy plus plan.

This membership has been the most amazing thing i couldve bought on a budget, live in my space i I love technology. I’m a person that can’t go without a phone or a laptop or a PC TV. I like to set up my house with all this technology and best membership saves me a lot of money.

This membership worked out because it allowed me to returned a pair of expensive earbuds instead of having to keep or sell them.

Had been a member years ago but needed to renew my membership. Quick and easy to do at the time I purchased my TV. Plus I am going to receive a $100 gift reward so really like I got my membership for free. Yay me!

Signing up for My Best Buy Plus is the best dollar I ever spent. It allows you to have 60 days to return they also price match and offer prices adjustment within the guidelines is a very big savings. I purchased all my TV and appliances from Best Buy. Store sales people are friendly and great customer services.

This membership is a great value. I can get more discount for some items and I can get reward or coupon after spend money with Best Buy.

Freezer drawer rail8ng system failed. It was repaired. Then the drawer failed again. We're hoping the 2nd fix works. Repairman was friendly and courteous.

We were at Best Buy to inquire and purchase a new TV. Once we chose what we wanted, we checked out the soundbars. Kind of pricey but were offered a substantial discount if we became BB members for a year that included other perks as well. Happy with everything so far.
