I’m really loving that I have saved $200 extra till now.

I was busy and forgot to return a product within the normal refund timeframe. Since I had My Best Buy Plus I could make the return and get a refund.

Above and beyond the great prices at Best Buy are the extra benefits I receive from the membership. Most of my purchases are costly so I get extra perks using my Best Buy plus membership which I always remind the sales person that I have a membership. They take time to explain to me my benefits and I love it.

I am not a frequent Best Buy customer and do not need to spend thirty dollars a year when I tried to cancel immediately was told then they would raise the price of my purchase Found your customer service not great

Which was very helpful - I wanted the right one for my usage ! Wasn't to worried about price. Will come back for a phone !
