I am not a frequent Best Buy customer and do not need to spend thirty dollars a year when I tried to cancel immediately was told then they would raise the price of my purchase Found your customer service not great

Was able to save a lot on apple product purchase (almost annual subscription). Hope they support it with lots of deals. Appreciate longer return policy and free shipping.
