I've had the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a while now, and it's been a great experience. The biggest thing for me has been getting early access to sales. I was able to get a new monitor during a member-only event, and it felt awesome knowing I got a jump on the crowd. The 60-day return policy is also huge—it gives me plenty of time to set up and test out my electronics without feeling rushed. I also appreciate the free shipping, especially since I live a little far from the store. Overall, the perks really make the membership feel valuable and worth the small annual fee.

I haven't seen anything to this point that is a direct benefit. I'll update in the future if it improves based on my experience.

I was very undecided to be able to acquire since I am one of those who think about saving in everything that can be, but what a benefit would I bring a membership here if I was just going to buy a television and I did not know until when I would buy technology again, so I thought about what I want it, but I will use it, but after receiving all the information about the benefits, even if I am not going to use the membership for a while, it returns more than what is invested in it in just one purchase, so I was convinced that I am... Take membership.

I am hoping this will get to the right people. My husband and I were just in your Holland Ohio store and made a purchase of a refrigerator that was not in stock. Jose was such an amazing young man, he along with many others worked together to find us the perfect fridge that we could pick up the next day. He was so apologetic for the time it was taking, I had to tell him no more apologizing. We get it and just appreciate how above and beyond he was going for us. I worked in retail management for 30 years. I know exactly the pressure he must've been feeling and wanted him to know that with us there was no need, but, he cared so much he couldn't just relax and not do all he could to get us that fridge. He was so amazing, the whole team was. The next day we went to Southfield MI to pick up the Refrigerator. Right from the start the young lady who waited on us at the counter quickly asked for assistance and within minutes a team was there to help load. These young men were so polite, friendly, and all around happy. I wish I had got all their names. The one even was concerned that the freon needed to be upright which showed me he had knowledge. The main thing my husband and I both took from these two visits is how happy each team seems to be. One team could be great management, both teams tells me great culture from higher up too. I work for Edward Jones now and I too know the luxury of working for a company with amazing culture for its team. I felt the same thing in each of those stores. I can't wait to tell others about how amazing those young men were. How awesome of an experience it was in both stores. How great it was to see a young team proving that age is nothing, we each as individuals choose our work ethics and they all choose to excel and work hard in life. I would love to see where they each end up in life. You have assets in them all!!

This product is necessary if you want a little security for yourself about your product. This allows you to be able to use Best Buy’s geek squad, and Professional help on any product that you have and extends warranties.

I drowned my laptop and if i can do it once I can do it again, so now i feel more comfortable having the yearly membership.

With the membership, It lets you return any item within 2-month period. It will give you the time if you really like or need the item.

I bought the same freezer again. It is an upright and I like the drawers.

It’s nice to get deals even after you purchase an item but, I wasn’t informed I had to bring the item into the store to claim the deal on the day it was going on. Regardless it’s nice having more time to return things if something goes wrong.

I had purchased this membership to make it easier to buy a computer for my daughter for Christmas (The kind where you buy all the components and then put it together.) However, nearly a month after the purchase, I still HAVE NOT been issued the reward credit. Customer service chat was NOT helpful as they suggested I go to a physical store to have the points added manually. This membership isn't worth it unless it actually functions like it's supposed to. Cheaper and quicker shipping is just peachy but if I'm going to renew this membership in the future, they really need to address the rewards points.
