This membership really paid off! An alert regarding a price decrease was sent to my device and I was able to receive a refund for a TV that was purchases weeks prior.

This is a great membership for someone that loves electronic and need the extra security when it comes to the repair and extend return time for the electronics.

The value is hit or miss. I feel like if your paying for a service and yes it is a service, there should be perks that go beyond what a standard customer would recieve. Perfect example being preorders or special items. Spiderman 2 console plates. They just popped up. You had to actually click on the item to evwn know that the preorders started. A nice perk would have been membership owners get early access. Im just saying it can improve.

I feel like I was more scammed into this”purchase. The sales person presented as a “coupon” and said it’s completely free as long as you cancel it in a year so make sure you check your email! All he did was discount the fridge that I bought, so technically if I didn’t cancel it, I was still paying for it. My husband brought to the mngrs attention and he didn’t seem to have any problems with his employees doing this!
