Haven’t had to use it all my stuff is working fine and not ready to buy anything yet

Got a good deal on HP laptop along with Best Buy membership.

Not great. I added it with a new laptop I bought and you tacked it on to some other email, creating a huge host of problems for me and completely inability to take advantage of any of the benefits of the program. You created the problem entirely on your own and I've called a number of times trying to get it fixed but I just don't have time to keep explaining it. You added it to an email I don't have so it's not like I can do anything about it. And you have my best buy credit cards attached to it. Yay.

I was nearing a renewal for O365 Family with Best Buy (BB) and saw that if I was a Plus Member, I would be able to renew my subscription for $79 - a savings of $20. That was a good incentive for me to sign up along with other item discounts that appeared to be notable. I was still 2 months away so I waited until a few days before renewal. Through the chat function I requested that my existing subscription be cancelled with only a few days left. Then I proceeded to search for the O365 subscription on BB's website so I could order it and realize the savings I was going to get. Well guess what ? Now, the savings was only $10 instead of the $20. Not cool. I don't know if this is a planned scam that BB conducts nor do I care. BB pulled a fast one as far as I am concerned so I renewed my subscription with another retailer and with a greater savings than what BB offered. Play games with your offers, you will lose BB. I've had a pretty good opinion about BB for a long time but this was underhanded and I would not recommend a BB membership at this point and suggest you are careful if considering one.

Great for when I wasn't sure about a product I purchased, but after sampling it I decided to go with the newer model and I was ablento exchange it no issues.

I lowered my membership to this level because you took away many perks from the Best Buy Total level - particularly free installation and free haul away. That isn't a great way to keep your members happy.

Great card. I would totally recommend this to everyone if they want something great.

Broke even on the membership this year, decided to cancel at time of renewal due to not needing to purchase anything at this time and don’t know when I’ll use it again

The membership was valuable. I don’t regret buying a membership and will continue to extend in future. For members they have special prices and good customer support.

This membership has loads of value if you purchase from Best Buy a lot, or even if you make big purchases at Best Buy. The workers at Best Buy are always nice and friendly also which is a plus!

Best Buy Plus gives you unexpected discounts and pleasant surprises on extra purchases. They show you a dashboard of how much you've saved so you're aware of the value

Membership has its perks. Savings are more than enough to pay the membership fees.
