I had to spend many hours, including a trip to the store where I bought the computer, where they were unable to help me. While I eventually get a refund for the amount by which the computer went on sale, the amount of time and aggravation was significant.

Add in the fact that you can find a Best Buy just about anywhere and it's a great membership to have if you travel at all.
