I signed up for this to save on a laptop I purchased and to extend the return window since it was for my daughter at school and I wasn't sure I would get it to her before the usual time so she could ops check it. I am a twice a decade Best Buy shopper so I will be canceling but I am still satisfied. For those who shop Best Buy often this is a much greater value but even for me it was quite useful.

Although I recall purchasing the membership, I do not recall the reason I did so - it was probably sold as a promotion with an item I purchased. Since then, I have not used the membership and really can't tell you a single service or benefit that is included as part of the membership. I suspect it has some value if one encounters trouble with devices, but you probably have to own (and pay) for a longer period of time to find any benefit on average.

Ive been a Geek member for a very long time, its worth it. Geek squads are very helpful.

This membership is great however we don't use it often. Not that there is anything wrong with it. We just don't purchase a lot of products since we are in our eighties. I would reccomend it to others.

I purchased a new Apple IPad for my husband. The product was great. The service was just ok.

Salesman said the item was on sale if I had the plus membership. Got item cheaper than the shelf price and now have the plus membership for a year!

The best part is the 60-day return window—occasionally member discount.

I was supposed to be able to use my points. However, I was charged two different prices for the same item. I added my points but was charged the listed price instead of the $40 discount on one of my products. I do not see the advantage in a membership or customer service that actually does not know what they are talking about and cannot help service anything.

So far the deals and what not have Been great and saved us money on our new tv and sound bar so that was awesome
