Great warranties and customer service!

They showed us how we could save on those expenses with the total membership along with 2 years warranty on all our new purchases!

Makes no sense. Wasted an entire day of work because 1st installer came first thing in the morning and second installer came at the very end of the day. Was also told at the time of purchase that I’d get $200 off if I signed up for credit card. That wasn’t true. I was not told that I had to go in and claim the $200 off within 20 days of purchase, which I later learned when I called in after receiving my Best Buy credit card statement. I have since canceled my credit card, and I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again. I will spend my $ on electronics and appliances elsewhere. Your company is a joke.
