The young man that helped me decide on my pc was very knowledgeable.

This membership is a real value and having the option to return items for six months is a real advantage over the 14 days without it. Having use of geek squad is also nice

I wish I never purchased this membership waste of money. At the time of purchase I was told it had price protection and I would not need to do anything. Bestbuy would check on prices and issue a credit automatically. Not only did this not happen buy when I requested the credit (of $100)on my television purchase it never got processed. After contacting via chat I was told to wait 2 payment cycles which I did. When I someone finally checked I was told they had no record of my request. I had my chat emailed to me which I forwarded. After an hour of back and forth I was told it was past the 90 days (so much for waiting the 2 payment cycles) and no credit would be issued.I guess your customers pay the price when your employees do not do their jobs. Bestbuy has lost any future business from me. This comment was most likely a waste of my time as I am sure I will never hear from anyone regarding this comment.

I think this Membership is a good deal. Just having the longer return policy period is awesome. It gives you more time to try out products and return if you’re not happy.

It’s helpful to know you can get the help and support from Best Buy.

This membership is such an incredible value. It’s one that is actually worth every penny because it will save you money in the end!

The 2 month price change protection worked out for me and had no issues getting the difference back from best buy service.

On 5-27-2025 I purchased a TV, A base, and setup for 949.67. I was told that for $50. I could get a Best Buy membership that would be refunded on my credit card in about 2 weeks. I did not get a refund. I tried to contact customer service and I was put on hold transferred and disconnected. I did a YELP review because I feel that I was misrepresented and customer service did not handle my problem. Karen H was the sales person.

The concept is good, however, there has been onlyone item the entire year on sale for plus that interested, aand that was an item that I purchased for $50 less to purchase my BB plus for $50. It helped out the sales associate for me to purchase it, and it costed no moreto buy it. The only items that I have seen in my area of interest in audio are the cheaper items. I hoped that speakers from the high end woul occassionally be on plus.

Overrall, great customer service satisfaction with great empathy.

Great value in getting a BB membership. Yearly savings on all your essential electronics and equipment. Home and office equipment is at a premium price for members. GREAT INVESTMENT!!!!!

This membership is a great value, all of the employees have great knowledge on the products they are selling. The greatest is I have peace of mind, knowing about geek squad, and the warrantees.
