It was a great experience for something I was not looking forward to.

They already offer that to every customer that makes a $35 purchase. What item from best buy are you buying thats not over $35!? Access to sales? On what... stuff that no one else buys? Nothing that is new and trending at least. Return window is extended. Not exciting either. If a product fails beyond the manufactures warranty they send out their "geek squad" to repair your problem... do your research before purchase!
