Was able to get this at no extra cost due to a promotion they were running on an item I was purchasing. Seems like a good value and I will see how often I use it perks before I decide if I will renew, but the perks it offers are great!

This came in clutch during black friday. Other than that, I haven't really seen uses for it.

I got this membership to take advantage of a discount on a laptop computer, but I have used it a few other times for various items and I've been please with the selection and the service.

Very happy with the young man who helped us pick out the TV, sound system, headphones, mounting system and set up the delivery date. They didn't deliver on the scheduled date so I called. I was told there was a glitch in the system and they would have to reschedule. The person was fairly rude. Said they couldn't schedule again for 3 weeks. When we said that wasn't acceptible she said suggested a date 3 weeks after that. We said we'd cancel the $3200 order if it couldn't be delivered sooner. She made it pretty plain that she didn't care, but said she'd escalate the request and call us back. Within 30 seconds I received a text scheduling the delivery for the date we told her we'd be on a plane. So we cancelled the entire order and decided to go elsewhere for the TV and all that went with it.

The plus membership has already paid for it self from one purchase. I was skeptical at first but its worth it in my opinion. Don't like how it changed the interface of my bestbuy app.

We bought a Roku tv and it was not acceptable . We returned the Roku and swapped it for a Samsung. We like the Samsung 43 in tv
