Hey guys, I’ve been a member for some years now and I can honestly say bestbuy has great customer service & always help me with all that I need. I have no complaints join our family and experience it you will love it.

I have saved money ($200) after factoring the annual fee.

When I arrived to pick up my order, no customers were waiting to be served. I was in and out the store in about 1 minute. Even with verifying that I was who I said I was, the process was quick!

Didn’t get a would get a true benefit out of this membership but truth is don’t kno what I was waiting for to buy it

Member prices are a definite plus and knowing I have Geek Squad support is top shelf customer service.

Is very good because you can save money on purchases in Best-buy and faster deliveries.

It's not that this doesn't do what it says it does. I bought the membership so that I could order movies and not have to go in the store. Then they stopped selling movies so I don't really need it. I don't need stuff from BB so regularly that I can't just go to the store to get it. I don't plan on renewing.
