I purchased my membership when i bought my new big screen Samsung TV and sound bar. The cost of the membership was less that the amount of savings on the sound bar, so it was a slam dunk.

We bought a refrigerator and a stove and cancelled both because on delivery the men said they couldn’t get it through the door and wouldn’t take the doors off for it to fit. I paid to have my old refrigerator removed and moved and they wouldn’t to that either. I told them to give me my stove and they just drove off with both appliances. We got our money refunded but it was awful experience and we went to Hagedorns.

I hate your communication feature. Can’t answer the phone. What about us old people that do not like to use email. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I will not be purchasing anything else at Best Buy. I always thought you to be a reputable business but now I’m not so sure.

I signed up for the Best Buy membership expecting it to be a good value, but honestly, it hasn’t been worth it. The benefits sound nice on paper, but in reality they don’t add up to the cost. The “exclusive discounts” are minimal, often no different than standard sales, and I rarely see any real savings. The so-called “perks” feel limited, and the experience hasn’t justified the membership fee. Customer service is hit-or-miss, and I haven’t noticed any special treatment or priority help compared to regular customers. For me, it just feels like another way to pay extra without getting much in return. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the membership unless you shop at Best Buy very frequently or already planned on purchasing big-ticket items where even a small discount might matter. Otherwise, it’s simply not worth it.

I loved the buy 2 get 1 on switch games. I hate that’s gone now. Not really that useful now.

Overall it’s a great value when you’re actively looking for new products, electronics, or gadgets. I shop at Best Buy frequently for new electronics and this always gives me a solid discount.

I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for nearly 30 years. I've always been a rewards member and had an account w/ them too. This program sucks now that they've changed it. It was way better before when it was a rewards & points system regardless of whther you paid cash, credit or had their own credit card. Now it's trash and I've been let down and disappointed with it ever since this new system went into effect

This membership is a valuable resource for a frequent Best Buy customer. I’m happy I opted in for it. Great perks and more!
