If a product is defective , I shoul not have to pay $50 to return it. Mike said the Cranberry location does not deal with Apple. Funny, they sell it!?!#!

I'm charged late fees because my payments can't get into your system. I request Best Buy correct & refund my late fees. Thank you.

Cost me $50 and I felt forced to join from a salesperson who gave me false information about a refrigerator I ordered. If anyone actually wins this $400, I'd love to see them post something. I've never heard of anyone winning anything from Best Buy. I'm all for Best Buy, but just telling the truth.
