Also, there were special sales sent to me for having the Plus Membership and one was for half off of all open box/clearance items and when I went to buy a sound bar at the Outlet Store at Willowbrook, they didnt give it to me. I then pointed this out and showed it to them but I still didnt get the half off - even after I went to the app and emailed about it. I also bought a Samsung Washer and Dryer at the Outlet store a couple of months later and didn't receive any added benefit from the Plus Membership, spending over $1450. I got $65 in rewards from charging to my Best Buy card and paying it off the following month.
