I thought this was going to be a let down but the frequency in which items go on discounts are amazing. They offer tons of tech on additional discount which is perfect for what I usually buy.

Joined to get a discount on washer and dryer. Haven't seen anything that really gets my attention for a great discount. I was told there would be many promotions with great discounts. Hasn't happened.

After i bought my new monitor A sound bar A new keyboard and other stuff (Spend around 1500) A kind gentleman told me about the membership amd how much i wouldve saved . Maybe its not hundreds dollars discount but something is always better than nothing.

The service has been great and the extra perks are valuable.

We purchased a lot of items fridge 2 X-Large high quality televisions surround sound speaker a washer and a dryer. We purchased these items all within a few days apart. We first bought the Best Buy plus membership then we were convinced into buying the Best Buy total membership for upgraded savings . I signed up for a credit card also and my memberships were not connected or merged by staff I was missing discounts that I was suppose to get reimbursed. I tried to get my accounts merged then more mixed up. We were told we would get refunded the plus membership because you cannot have both and we could bring in our receipts from our all our purchases for that day and and recent. We were not refunded and the total membership was cancelled and refunded only a portion of the total membership and did not get the extra discounts that come with it. I was told to call a supervisor at the main number. I also went back into the store and spoke with management. Lots of time frustration and rude store manager. Best Buy sucks time and money

Best Buy associates a pleasure to deal with in store. Delivery and set up of tv very good.

I bought the membership which allows for 60 day returns, no questions asked. I needed this so I could try out a new product that I was purchasing.

This membership has been excellent is providing us with great discount prices with helpful service in the store. Never rushed or pressured and made the experience easy for us.

I have not used it yet. Ask me again in a few months I did notice while browsing in stor ex that so I are and cuisinart prices were very competitive

AJ, the gentleman that helped me in the appliance department was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would return to this store just to get his help.

It will at least oay for itself if you shop here enough
