The process took over a month and I had 7 appointments where no one showed up . I also would like to mention I missed 2 days of work and I had to drive to best buy store 3 times in order for someone to finally show up and install it. I was told afterwards I would be compensated and when I called for that compensation it was a $20 gift card. I will never get anything installed again from Best Buy and when the year is up on this Best Buy plus I will NOT be renewing
