Best Buy plus membership is definitely a value! I was able to exchange an electric scooter that otherwise I could not have returned because I was out of the return timeframe.

This is only valuable if you don't try to do anything online or by phone, and can come into a store. Online, what I assume was an AI chatbot was completely incapable of doing anything and was the only option available, which was a horrible experience. When I called (and which tried to reroute me to online) and finally reached a person, I was told that I got some "bundle" (that I didn't get) and so my price of a product couldn't be adjusted to the current price from Best Buy itself. Fortunately, when I went into a store, the people there were able to help me, but it was a hassle. I'm going to cancel my membership and plan to avoid ever using Best Buy online, for purchases or customer support.

Membership comes in handy for the most part and can be easy. Really can it at the fingertip

Excellent benefits to have the membership. The 60 day price match elevates the fear of a cheaper price coming or late.

I recently purchased a dishwasher, and order the Geek Squad to mount and connect a big screen TV and connect a PS5. They did good in all connections. Will use them again.

With a refrigerator and microwave on the card we feel reassured that Best Buy gives us the best deal and protection
