I was told I could use the $29.99 membership fee towards my next purchase. Apparently, this isn't the case.

I absolutely have gotten price improvements/ discounts because of my Best Buy Plus; it has paid big totally for itself after just 2 purchases!! My salesman told me about it and I am so appreciative!

Definitely is the way to go this membership! Do not hesitate in acquiring this!

its like stacking deals. I bought a laptop on sale and then got the membership price, plus all the additional perks such as extended return period etc.. Great investment.

This was by far the worst installation service I’ve had. I ordered the washer with the new drain hose kit. When they can to install, they said I needed a new drain hose for the air gap because the drain line was clogged. I ordered new drain lines with the dishwasher so why am I paying for more drain lines... They wanted to charge $100 extra for this $5 hose. I opted to install a new one myself. They said they would come back to finish install after I replaced the hose. After I did that they came back and said I have to get a new air gap which was completely functional but they refused to install. They wanted another $120 for that so I denied that and installed a new one myself for $15. Then several weeks after my initial order they came back and finished the install. Also when they left the first time they didn’t tighten the cap on the water line so my sink was leaking into my cabinets for 5 days. Very disappointed in the service. All the additional “add on” items during the install is not disclosed and is a complete scam.

Got it mostly for the bigger discounts (online only), and it's nice to have for the little convenience it comes with. If you love electronics then this is highly recommended.

The deals we get with the membership are pretty good, and I do like the extended return windows. It's been useful.

At first I thought it wasn't really worth it, but when I went back to make a purchase I saw the value.

This membership had real value when we bought our new stove. Early notifications of sales and promotions are also given. Access to the Geek Squad is an added plus.
